  • Shipping & Delivery

    If inventory is available, most orders leave our warehouses within one (1) business day from the date the order has been accepted and confirmed.

    Deliveries typically occur Monday through Friday (holidays excluded), during normal business hours.

    Estimated delivery time depends on the the destination country. Pre-orders for products not currently in stock will ship as soon as stock is available.

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by our customers and we will never disclose their personal details to a third party.   • Returns & Replacements

    All goods must be returned in unused condition, unmodified and 'as new' together with their original packaging. Refunds will be made within 30 days following instruction and we ask returned goods should be returned to our offices within this period and as soon as possible after receipt. The customer has a duty to ensure that all goods are well packed and in 'as received' condition, and sent via a reputable mail/courier system. Returns postage, as charged for the original despatch to you will be credited.

  • Ordering

    Orders are processed after you click the Complete Purchase button in the checkout process. Once you’ve selected checkout in cart, you have the option to checkout as a guest or with a customers account. Visit our contact block for more information about ordering. 

  • Payment & Promotions

    Prices of the products do not include delivery. At certain times during the year, we may offer promotional actions, regarding the prices and the shipping costs to our customers. 

  • Viewing Orders

    The status of your order will be visible on your account. When an item from your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking number that enables you to track the progress of the packages from our warehouse to the address you specified. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your order tracking information is available from the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped to you from our warehouse, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 24 hours.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Prices do not include delivery. We accept payment via paypall and skrill. 

    Shipping costs are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s).
