MONTAGE

Le variateur XRP, c'est un KIT composé par le variateur complet, une rondelle et une courroie de haute(grande) qualité. Pour cela, il est nécessaire de placer la rondelle d'une manière spécifique comme nous montrons dans l'image suivante Pour le bon fonctionnement de ce produit il est nécessaire que la Tmax soit équipée d'un pot d'échappement non original, puisque, s'il n'est pas tel on ne peut pas garantir le fonctionnement correct du KIT, de la même manière les prestations du XRP ne peuvent pas être garanties dans le cas qui est modifié par un composant non J.COSTA de la transmission.

Pour le montage correct l'utilisation de clef dynamométrique est nécessaire en serrant le variateur aux 16 kgs tel et comme l'indique le fabricant.

ATTENTION: UN USAGE EXCLUSIF POUR COMPÉTITION

La gamme de produits XRP, ce sont des produits fabriqués avec matériels hauts de gamme et prestige, destinés à un usage extrême comme compétition. Par ce que cette ligne de produits reste exclue de n'importe quelle garantie, excepté dans les cas improbables de défauts de fabrication.

Para el buen funcionamiento de este producto es necesario que la motocicleta como mínimo lleve el tubo de escape no original, ya que, si no es así no se puede garantizar que el producto vaya correctamente, de la misma manera no se pueden garantizar las prestaciones del XRP en el caso que se modifique con algún componente no J.COSTA de la transmisión. Para el correcto montaje es necesario la utilización de la dinamométrica apretando el variador a los 16 kg tal y como indica el fabricante de dicha motocicleta.

ATENCIÓN USO EXCLUSIVO PARA COMPETICIÓN

La gama de productos XRP, son productos fabricados con materiales de alta gama y prestigio, destinados a uso extremo en competición. Por lo que esta línea de productos queda excluida de cualquier garantía, excepto en los improbables casos de defectos de fabricación y no por una rotura por fatiga, agotamiento, uso indebido o mal montaje.

MOUNTING

The XRP variator is composed by a variator, a special washer, and a high quality belt. The washer should be placed at the end of the crankshaft, the same way as its shown on the image:

In order to get the full performance and the correct development of the product, it is necessary to mount a non-standard exhaust. The correct performance of the variator could vary if there’s a modification on any component of the transmission that is not a J.Costa product. It is mandatory to use a torque wrench and apply 16kg, as it’s recommended by the manufacturer of this motorcycle.
